clean room quiet room easy parking broken phone poor service wet towels
i found the room to be clean and well maintained. i asked for and received a quiet room, which i appreciated. parking was easy. the swimming pool was clean, and the changing rooms were maintained well.
the phone in my room was not working. the guy at reception looked at it, but could not fix it or supply a working phone. i could not call for room service and had to go downstairs in wet towels to order.

broken lockers pool maintenance
the room was recently decorated and more spacious than expected.
The hotel pool was a letdown. It seemed dated and poorly maintained. many lockers were broken, and staff offered no alternative locking solution. the jacuzzi was out of order and was abandoned, disappointing.

a nice stay at a decent location
ample room good amenities clean bed large shower
i found my room much better than i anticipated. recently decorated, it offered ample space and good amenities. a very clean bed provided comfort. i liked the large shower, it was great!
the pool area need some work, it looked like it was falling apart in places. the staff seemed a little miserable at the leisure center.

the room included blackout curtains that effectively blocked morning sunlight. toiletries were supplied in the shower. i observed ample space and a clean bed. i was pleased to have such a nice stay.
